Bridewell Signs the UK Government's Cyber Resilience Pledge
This week, Bridewell signed the UK Government's Cyber Resilience Pledge- https://www.bridewell.com/insights/news/detail/bridewell-signs-government-cyber-resilience-pledge
This commitment by our CEO, Anthony Young, enshrines our existing activity not only for ourselves but also for our supply chain, and ensures that we are part of the UK's collective defence against cyberattacks.
We have successfully completed the practical action within the 3 key areas and would love to have a conversation with our UK clients about why signing the pledge is important and what it can do for them.
ITIL Maturity Assessment
Bridewell is pleased to announce that we have achieved a Maturity of 4 out of 5 across all assessed areas in our recent ITIL Maturity Model Assessment, looking at the delivery of our MXDR and Consulting Services.
This means that our service management processes are well-defined, consistently implemented and regularly monitored to ensure effective service delivery, proactive issue management and continual service improvement.
The four areas assessed were Incident Management, Problem Management, Continuous Improvement and Request Management.
We are proud that this result reflects the maturity of our service management practices and our commitment to delivering high-quality services to our clients.
